Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders ship the next business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship the following business day.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship exclusively via USPS for reliable nationwide delivery to research and institutional addresses. All shipments include tracking. Orders over $250 require signature on delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number via email. You can track your package at usps.com or through your account dashboard.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and cryptocurrency.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways. ITide Labs does not store card or banking information on our servers.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on products once they have shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@itidelabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it promptly.

My order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

Contact us at hello@itidelabs.com and we’ll open a USPS inquiry on your behalf. We recommend also checking with neighbors and your building’s mail area first.

What are your products intended for?

Our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes by qualified professionals affiliated with laboratories, universities, or research institutions. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or as food additives, drugs, or cosmetics.

Are your products FDA-approved?

No. Our products are research-grade compounds sold exclusively for laboratory use. They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not approved for any clinical, medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application.

Who can purchase from ITide Labs?

Our products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers and professionals affiliated with licensed research facilities, universities, or academic institutions.

Lab Testing & Certificates of Analysis

What purity standards do your products meet?

All ITide Labs products are tested by independent, accredited third-party laboratories and are required to meet a minimum of 99% purity by HPLC analysis — exceeding the industry standard.

Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis for my product?

COAs are publicly available on our Lab Results page. Each report includes the full test results, lot number, testing methodology, and a downloadable PDF of the original lab document.

Who performs your testing?

All products are tested by independent, accredited third-party laboratories. The testing lab’s name, credentials, and report date are included on every COA.

Are COAs lot-specific?

Yes. Every COA reflects results for a specific lot number and the sample tested. Results are not generalized across batches.

How do I know the COA matches my order?

Your order confirmation and product packaging include a lot number that corresponds directly to the COA on our Lab Results page.

Do I need an account to order?

Guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you view order history, access tracking information, and retrieve purchase records more easily.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they ship. Contact us immediately at hello@itidelabs.com. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, email us at hello@itidelabs.com with the name and email used at checkout.
